This is a common service provided to online casino and scam sites seeking to boost their reach and enhance credibility. Another company profile on a now deleted business listing website said the company’s business includes ‘management of call centres’.

Which Actors and Companies Have Been Linked to WN Casino?

WN Entertainment Co., Ltd. received a temporary casino license for WN Casino in December 2022. Cambodia’s gambling commission previously pinned the casino location at Poipet Palace Plus Casino, but this pin disappeared from the commission maps in 2025, indicating the license expired.

Cambodia’s business register identifies the chair of WN Entertainment Co., Ltd. as a Cambodian national. They took over the position after the previous chair, Vuth Savy, stepped down. Vuth Savy is currently the chair of Poipet Palace Plus Entertainment Co. Ltd., which also hosts online operations (see profile here). Vuth Savy was a Deputy Prosecutor in Preah Vihear Province, but has since moved to the same role in Preah Sihanouk Province.

Media reports show Vuth Savy engaging in several charitable events in recent years alongside Yun Senghak and Suong Sokheang, both of which are directors at Poipet Palace Plus Entertainment. Yun Senghak owns companies carrying the Palm brand (the building adjacent to Poipet Palace Plus Casino is or was named the Palm Condominium). Suong Sokheang, is also a director at the company Four Star Plus Four Co., Ltd., which owns another casino linked to online activities called Star Gold Casino & Hotel (profiled here).

An image on Poipet Palace Plus Casino’s now offline Facebook page showed the kit sponsors of Poipet Palace Plus Football Club to be Poipet Palace Plus, WN Entertainment, Star Gold, and Palm Condominium.
