Cambodia’s business register identifies the company chair as Cambodian national Socheat Oudom and family member Socheat Marady is a director. Socheat Oudom’s father is Huy Socheat, former chief of the Poipet International Checkpoint customs office.

There is no evidence indicating that Huy Success Trading Co., Ltd. or individuals connected to the company are directly involved in online criminal activity, but there is evidence to indicate that space inside the property is at least being provided to those who are.
