Crystal07 appears on several Facebook pages advertising office space for rent. Pictures appearing in some of these posts show offices set up to accommodate rows of computers.

Crystal07 Casino’s logo appeared on the banner of the Facebook page for Office Poipet, a website that advertised online office space for rent in the city. It appeared alongside the logos of other properties that are also involved in online activities. Posts on the Office Poipet page explicitly target ‘online’ renters and offer properties with direct internet access (DIA), which involves private connection that is not shared with other customers and provides enhanced reliability and security.

In January 2026, Cambodia’s gambling commission approved an updated floorplan for the casino. The plan shows the casino has five buildings with a total of 40 floors. 16 of these floors are marked as space for rent, and 7 are offices.

Several Facebook pages can be found promoting online gambling and carrying the Crystal07 logo, despite online gambling being illegal in Cambodia since 2019. Gaming review sites state that the company offers hundreds of online games as well as online dealers. Crytsal07 branded Facebook pages have targeted Cambodian and Thai gamblers even though it is illegal in both countries for nationals to gamble online.

Which Actors and Companies Have Been Linked to Crystal07 Casino?

According to its casino license, Crystal07 Casino is owned by D.R 07 Empire Co., Ltd. Cambodia’s business register identifies the company chair as Cambodian national. It received a casino license in August 2022.

One online review of Crystal07 states that most of its online games are provided by Playtech, an online gaming giant headquartered in the Isle of Man and listed on the London Stock Exchange.

The same review also states that live dealer games at Crystal07 are provided by Evolution, a Swedish company providing online games to companies around the world. A June 2024 report by Swedish Radio identified Evolution games being used on 50 online casino sites run from Cambodia, including some flagged by the Cambodian gaming regulator as illegal operations.
