Site BM06 is an unnamed property south of Poipet city. In July 2025, it was raided as part of a nationwide crackdown on scam operations. Police arrested 28 Chinese nationals and found evidence of sophisticated law enforcement impersonation scams.
Grand Golden Casino, also known as Golden City, is a large and rapidly expanding compound close to the Vietnam border in Tboung Khmum.
Jin Dicheng Casino, often referred to as Baolong 4, developed rapidly from the start of 2024 and is still growing. Local residents have told media that the site houses online operations. Violence and deaths have been reported at the site.
The first three phases of Baolong were developed rapidly on the outskirts of Poipet City. Baolong appears in various Telegram channels used by scam industry insiders, and Taiwan court records show that several people have been convicted in Taiwan for trafficking people to the site.
